1. Defining the problems and customer needs

In this phase of design thinking, business teams identify and define the problems consumers might be having with products or services by deeper understanding of the consumer and provides empathetic ways of developing creative solutions.

2. Understanding and empathizing

QCC takes up the defined problem and consumer need and creates a foundation of understanding.

3. Ideating solutions

QCC spend considerable time in the ideation phase. This phase focuses on creative problem-solving and critical thinking to find solutions to problems that are defined when a business initially investigates consumer needs.

4. Developing solutions

As business teams go through the phases of design thinking, they also dedicate strategies and management plans to developing viable solutions to various problems and issues consumers may have with a specific product or service.

5. Analyzing solutions

As we go along with the processes of the ideas and solutions to consumer problems, rigorous analyzing would be required.

Design: Extensive landscape designed sensitively on highly contoured site to achieve minimum grading and less numbers of retaining walls. Landscape of the campus includes free flowing interactive spaces as well as visual landscapes which borrow views from the surrounding. Open spaces developed are pedestrian friendly and respond well to the institutional requirements of younger age group.

• Project: Landscape for Government Medical College Campus, Kathua.

• Design: Extensive landscape designed sensitively on a highly contoured site to achieve minimum grading and fewer numbers of retaining walls. The landscape of the campus includes free-flowing interactive spaces as well as visual landscapes which borrow views from the surrounding. Open spaces developed are pedestrian friendly and respond well to the institutional requirements of the younger age group.
• The main design guideline was to create landscape spaces promoting a healthy learning environment for the students.

• Design: Aim of the design was to create a maximum of passive elements with fewer physical barriers to enhance the compact area of the site. The design also attempts to accommodate active spaces like the kitchen garden and barbeque area well integrated with other elements.

• Design: Creating a natural setting for relaxation for all the members of the family. The main design challenge was to create all the landscape elements from Cement fiber material which required a lot of creative detailing. Since the garden was mostly to be used at the night, landscape lighting played a very important role in enhancing the spatial character of the design.
